Hiring Moderators?

I Was wondering to myself if you guys Hire Moderators and What age must you be to apply?

21. How do I apply/become a moderator?


Mods are chosen in one of two ways:

1. There is an opening posted here (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=34). You write an application according to the guidelines in the thread, and the senior staff chooses the new moderator(s).
2. A senior staff member will PM you, and consider you as a moderator, without an application.

Do not ask to be a moderator. Just be active, dedicated to the site, and willing to help out whenever you can.
Also, if you apply to become a mod, there is no guarantee anyone will be chosen.



There is no age restriction unless otherwise specified by an admin, and that's very, very unlikely.
