There is no average for 13-22 because everyone developes differently. Statistics mean nothing in this case. However, if you look at statistics, youll find that youre above average.

I would say you're perfectly average, which is great some people are above some people are below, a 15 year old friend of mine is smaller than me but I'm above average in everything, but I'm not fat! I'm 14 and 7 inches by the way but when I was 13 I was 6 inches feel free to PM me!

Above but it depends because in different places the size can be different and in your area and another country one could be completely different sizes in averages but put them together and it gets all messed up. Plus most average are just there to make people feel better that there over it when there not... there just average.
