Chances that your hole has changed size are very thin, unless you've been using a large dildo or a ton of fingers. Keep in mind stuff goes out of there all the time, often larger than your fingers.
Even if it was larger than normal, and even if she did figure out why, I doubt she's tell your mother. A pediatrician will be well aware of the antics that teenage boys get up to, and won't really care.

You will probably be fine... Think, when you poop, sometimes the poop is large and round and stuff, it stretches it out.. But when it gets stretched out, it retracts back to where it was before after a while... So don't worry about it.

i really doubt your hole is any bigger than normal and even if it is and the doctor noticed i doubt they would tell your mom.
