You will probably start getting it at some point, however some guys just don't produce a noticeable enough amount. It's okay if you don't, its just a natural lubrication system.

In my experience not everyone precums, it just depends on the person. I'm pretty positive it all has to do with genetics. And it may also have to do with how often you masturbate or have sex, the more active you are the less "buildup" there is, therefore you would be less likely to precum. It's totally normal!

I am 16 right now and I don't see a noticeable amount of precum... Like when I shoot my load, there is a little bit of nonsticky, nonthick, nonwhite, precum that comes out, but some boys just don't produce a noticable amount... nothing to worry about.

Actually you do get precum, the reason why you "never" get it cus you don't produce it so much it would be dripping out of your penis. But it stays inside your penis.

The reason of precum is that it cleans your penis the urethra from left over pee and other stuff that is harms the sperm ^^ so yes you do produce precum but not so much it would be coming out.
