There are people who just don't grow hair in certain areas.. And there are people who'se hair grows really slowly..

And you just might not be there yet but it doesn't matter..

I don't think a girl would be looking at your body to see where do you have hair and where you don't have hair during sex..

People go through different parts of puberty at different times. Someone might get really hairy younger, while some may grow taller. It depends on the person. Your normal, and I bet the hair will start coming in soon.

And anyway, if people are judging you based on your developement, they aren't worth your time.
