aight, i got a canker sore,
right on the side of my tongue.
and it hurts like a bitch

like, it hurts to eat, swallow, or even move my tongue

anyone know of anything thatll make it go away faster?

and then

i got some bumps on the very back of my tongue, im not sure if they just showed up, or if theyve been there for a while. idk

I'm not sure what the US equivilent is (I'm assuming you are from the US) but we have bonjela that you can put on mouth ulcers etc. It's a clear gel and it helps with the pain and seems to reduce the swelling a bit too until its all healed.
Go and ask your local chemist for something to put on it.

Bonjela is only one of the kinds of stuff you can get, they'll have heaps more at your local pharmacy. Until you can get something from there, rinse your mouth out with warm, salty water about twice a day, tastes really yuck, but it will help. :)

paha, my friend said to put salt, only salt, directly on it, so the liquid in it drys out.
wow that was a horrible idea.

but i went to my local pharmacy and theres no such "bonjela" in the states.

so sher reccomended orajel, so im gonna try that out, hopefully itll take the pain away
