As the others above said, the first part is totally normal, but the ear ringing/buzzing is a little more worrisome to me. It could just be an odd little thing that your body does after orgasm which is normal for you, or it could be something a little more serious that your doctor should check out.

Seeing this made me look for why your ears ring because i get it too sometimes, feels like my ears have been plugged and everything is sort of muffled and feels distant for about a minute or so then it goes back to normal. This is what i found on the web but it might not be a reliable answer to why the ears buzz or whatever.

Assuming you are talking about sexual attraction then it is normal not to be interested immediately after you have cum. It is mediated by a hormone released during orgasm that has the opposite effect from testosterone, i.e. it makes you less horny. It also makes practical sense - there isn't much point in having sex if you have just released all your cum and have not yet had the chance to make some more.

Regarding the ringing I wonder if this might be caused by a temporary increase in blood pressure around orgasm. The temporary increase is normal but it may be worth getting your normal (non sexually aroused) blood pressure checked. If this is high the peak from this combined with the temporary increase would also be higher.

The loss of sexual attraction sounds pretty normal. It happens to a lot of guys. The ringing of ears, I've experienced that a few times. I cant really explain what it is though.

The after effexct is the change in release of hormones. The ringing/ buzzing may just be due to the change in your heart rate/ blood pressure, and should only be mild at most.If it's quite major, get yourself checked.
