ok im 16 male and i was wunderin if iam too late on puberty. i have quite alot of pubic hair but i dont have any anywhere other than a little bit on my legs. plz can someone tell me if im 2 late

That's hard to say with just hair. How far developed is your penis and testicles, and other things concerning puberty. Its possible that you're a little later in starting puberty but there's nothing wrong with that. Everything will develop eventually.

my testes are quite big but my penis is about 3in non erect and 4.5in erect. my pubic hair is across the top of my penis an spreadin to my inner thighs

Yeah, you might be a little late but it's nothing to worry about. You're still only 16 and got a few years before puberty ends so your penis still has some time to grow.
