It seems to me that you are cumming assuming the clear/white stuff comes out after you have an orgasm (good feeling). Few of us had thick, white cum when we were first started jacking off. It takes time for cum to become like what an adult makes.

Even if you are not making cum, yet, don't worry because a lot of us did not start ejaculating until we were older. The nice thing about not cumming is that you don't have to worry about clean up while still getting the good feelings.
