Head of penis gets sore

When I go to the beach the head of my dick always gets sore probably from swimming a lot and also rubbing inside my bathing suit. Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know why it happens?

I had a situation where I had sand in my bathing suit and it sort of rubbed the head, is that what you mean?

I get chafing around my waste and pubic area when I swim in the ocean because I body board and sand gets down there.
Major ouch, trust me!

If you are getting it from your lining in the bathing suit, just wear a pair of underwear while you swim and that problem will go away.
