Does it help an orgasm? I think that depends on the person. For me, I'd say that it does help. This may be too much info, but for me, moaning and being loud makes me more aroused. Although, generally, I wouldn't say it helps an orgasm. I think if moaning, grunting, etc. arouses you (like it does me) then it would help.
