it is true that you can orgasm from prostate stimulation. touching the prostate feels very good and it is located kind of under the bladder but it can be accessed through the rectum.

The prostrate is located below the bladder and the uretha runs thru the middle of it. The back side of the prostrate lies next to the anus so anal stimulation is the best way to stimulate the prostrate. Since the prostrate produces the fluid which mixes wih the sperm during an orgasm i'm guessing this is why direct stimulation of the prostrate produces an orgasm. The first part we learned in sex ed and i'm just guessing at the last part but it does make sense to me.

I guess I'm a girl so i cant say from my own experience but guys tell me that it makes their orgasm more intense but thats usually when their getting stimulation on their penis too. i CAN say that the guy im doing stuff with currently really likes it and says it makes a big difference.
