No, i highly doubt it. My balls have hurt randomly sometimes but it didnt happen often and doesnt happen aymore. If you have an extreme pain and have it often w/o having been kicked in them or something then thats when I'd consult a doctor.

You usually feel pain with most cancers when it's pretty advanced. And, the chances of you actually having testicular cancer are about the same as you being abducted by Martians (well, maybe not, I'm exaggerating here). So, relax.
It is a good idea to get into the habit of checking yourself, it's really easy, just roll your testicles between your fingers. They should be smooth, oval shaped, with a little knot like thing at the top. Maybe you can feel that little cord that connects them to your body, too.
With testicular cancer, there's a noticeable bump, a tumor, that you can feel immediately in the testicle itself (not the knot at the top). So, if you get used to the way you feel now, healthy, you'll be able to notice a change anytime in the future.
But don't worry.
