As for me i can tell you that it's not a major turn on to see some stranger displaying his erect penis but i'm sure their are girls who do. For me there has to be something that attracts me to the person before he drops his pants. I believe guys brains are wired more for visual in this area.

It would depend on the situation. If it was part of a movie (not porno) or if I was with a BF it would be cool. If it was random like a flasher then that doesn't do anything for me.
