I stopped cutting when I was about twelve, but tonight, and last night, I made the worst cuts I ever had and I don't know why..... I just can't stop. I might try to get into a psych ward since that might be the only thing to help me. But I'm too scared to talk to an adult.... Somebody help?

Everyone slips up sometimes. Don't lose hope :) You should tell an adult/counselor you trust. If you don't have an adult you trust, you should at least tell a friend. You shouldn't be put in a psych ward for slipping up a little. (Hopefully) Good luck, whatever you decide to do!

But the thing is last night I recorded myself and I don't know why and I watched the videos and it scared me cause I was smiling and actually licking the blood and the blade.

If it were me, i'd delete the videos and try and move on. I'm not exactly the best person to be getting advice from, though.

I agree with perfect_insanity, I would delete the videos. You don't want that constant reminder of what you did. You also shouldn't be put into a mental hospital for having one slip up, no matter how bad it was. If I went to the hospital for bad slip ups I wouldn't be talking to you right now. Listen, don't think yourself a bad person because of what you're doing. You shouldn't think like that, you should just try to move on. Try to get past this spot it your life that's bringing you down. I think talking to somebody about it would be a good idea. It doesn't necessarily have to be an adult, but somebody that you can trust, somebody that can help you.
