Hi.
I am very concerned.. Wednesday I went to a local mexican food restaurant. It was the worst experience of my life. The entire male staff acted like they'd never seen a girl before.
The male waitor we had kept looking at and flirting silently with me. I told my mom. She kept a good eye on him. We ordered dessert (special occasion- I usually don't eat dessert) and he gave it to me.
I told my boyfriend about how he stroked my hand. But my mom saw him run his crotch (barstools) along my back. Plenty of room behind him, he coulda easily avoided my back. But nope.
I went home and scrubbed my skin raw. It was disgusting! He was in his 20's or 30's. I believe love has no limit. But that was horrible! My mom called the police and all that, but I feel so violated... I'm only 15, I don't think I need some guy I don't even know and who is quite possibly twice my age rubbing me with his stuff.
This is kinda a rant. Open to all posts.

Sounds bad. I wouldn't like that either. Do you normally go to that restraunt?

That sounds like a shit experience and I'm sorry you had to endure that meal. I'm not sure whether the police can do anything, I suppose it might be considered harassment but it's your word against theirs/his and I wouldn't necessarily call it abuse either. I think the best thing you can do is avoid that restaurant, maybe the police will check it out but I don't think it'll be priority for them if they're considering it. Now you know what it's like there, you can keep away from it. Hopefully you won't see any of them again and they won't remember you if you do.

Hi.
The male waitor we had kept looking at and flirting silently with me.
how does someone silently flirt with you?
I told my boyfriend about how he stroked my hand. But my mom saw him run his crotch (barstools) along my back. Plenty of room behind him, he coulda easily avoided my back. But nope.
and at no point did you or your mom of your bf call him out? no one said Dude wtf are you doing? no one complained to the manager?
I went home and scrubbed my skin raw. because his pants covered crotch rubbed against your shirt covered back? shouldn't you have washed your shirt raw?
I believe love has no limit. But that was horrible! wtf does love having no limit have to do with a total stranger that you don't love rubbing on you?
My mom called the police and all that, so no one bothered to tell him to stop and no one bothered to complain to the manager but after you got home your mom called the police because a waiter silently flirted with you and rubbed against your back when he walked behind you. and instead of laughing their asses off the cops came and took a report?
since this poster has already been busted once for trolling and posting bullshit just to get attention and since this story has more shit then a cow pasture i don't believe a word of it. just my opinion. i can't prove it. but fool me once shame on you. fool me twice shame on me.

Sorry for my lame explanation. It was late and I was needing to het it off my chest somehow, so I did it here. It's all true, because I have pictures my mom took on her phone of my hand, and I guess late that night I burned my shirt in a pot on the stove or something. I'm not all that bright...
My mom didn't see the crotch thing but saw the hand touch. My bf wasn't there, but I told him because I was spooked. The manager was publicly flirting with me and someone else so my mom just skipped that and hailed the police. The no limit to love thing was my absence of sleep kicking in. I hope this makes a little more sense.

I'm sorry... Again. Lack of sleep... Oye. I'm digging a hole. But she did NOT see the crotch thing. She saw him touch my hand. I need to get a grip...

So, your mom took a picture of your hand? Because he touched it? I'm sorry, but that makes no sense to me at all.
And if you didn't like the service you should have told the manager and just refrained from going back. The police aren't going to do anything. How was the manager flirting with you, by the way?

A waiter bumped into her, touched her hand and probably smiled at her. In other words, she was sexually harassed.

Actually it is, sexual harassment is some of the simplest things and it all depends on what the victim thinks of it

I'm sorry but how does this constitute abuse? I just hope you didn't tip him. And, yeah, don't go back.

I don't think this is abuse. Sorry but it doesn't sound like that to me.
I mean it could be because he rubbed his crotch on you, but other than that... I wouldn't call it abuse.
You should have told him to back off if you didn't like it, but if you kept silent he couldn't know you're bothered.

Just saying, I would've turned around and punched his balls, because that would be self-defense. But as long as your mom knows, and is taking care of it, all you should be worried about is getting out that "ICK" factor.
