There is obviously a huge problem here you have to address.

First off, get that checked out. Blood is an obvious sign that something is wrong, if the soreness and skin peelings off didn't tip you off.

Secondly, if you're masturbating so much that it's literally damaging your penis, you need to cut down dramatically, and also completely until you're healed unless you want more damage.

If you cannot cut down, you need to see a different kind of doctor to help you overcome addiction to masturbating. It is a problem, and it needs to be taken seriously, especially since it's so excessive that you do damage, and you're losing feeling, and if it's interferes with other tasks you need to do.

yeah this is a medical issue, some chafing can happen on you penis sometimes, especially if you do it without lube or precum for 6-7 times a day but that sounds way worse
