13 is much too early to be forcing yourself into a box called "gay" or a box called "straight". You're only just starting puberty, & your brain, mind & body are all going through "big renovations". While you're going through all the big changes of puberty, your feelings will easily go all over the place.

6 months from now, you mite only want an emotional & physical relationship with a boy , OR what's MORE likely, 6 months from now, you might only get sexed up over a girl & never masturbate over a boy anymore.

Yeah, way too early to label yourself....and, in fact, while you certainly have described your sexual nature as singularly homosexual since you only think of boys when jacking off, that may change as you go through puberty...or it may not and your realization may be that you are indeed gay and hopefully you can realize that is a positive step in your life, not a negative one that requires "help". Gay and straight aren't always 100% either way. I think with a lot of people it's a little of both. Like 80% one and 20% the other. And 13 is way too young to try figuring anything like that out yet. I'm sure most older guys will tell you there was a big difference in what they felt and knew at 13 then from when they were 16.
