Well generally most things you say are normal.

I am 14, and I would say I am pretty well developed. My voice has broken but I can understand if yours hasn't. I would cut down on masturbation if I were you and if you don't come much maybe you are doing something wrong as the idea of masturbation is to achieve orgasm and ejaculate if you don't this can lead to problems, however it could just be your age.

Also my semen is fairly clear, I am told this is due to a lack of sperm but you should get more soon. :)

Also when me and my friend compared once I was very turned on and ejaculated which was very embarrassing but its normal and my friend understood. So don't worry.

However I would cut the fapping a bit. :)
