hey,
i need some advice, A.S.A.P!

well i am under weight. by about 5-6 kilos.
everyone says that i am skinny, but i dont think i am.

it is like i have like a pot belly.
it just like boulges out.
everytime i look down,
i feel sick.


i tried to stop eating,
but i find that hard,
i dont no what to do,
i wish i could like do a detox thing or something,
but i just can,
i dont have the strenght.

what can i do to get rid of my fat!!

please i need some advice on what to do.

First of all, It sounds like you need to gain weight! Once you are at a healthy weight there are exercises you can do. Until then, get your weight up!

If you're underweight by 5-6Kg (12-15lbs.), then I seriously doubt you have a pot belly.

What you're probably seeing is the normal bulge from your guts being there. And they're probably more noticeable because you are underweight. If you gain the appropriate weight, your tummy will look smaller because the rest of you will fill out appropriately. I know it sounds sorta weird that the best way to lose the tummy is to gain more weight, but it's true.

Well if you think you have a pot belly exercise and turn it into ABS!!! HUGHHH!!!!

crunches/sit ups daily.

start at 60 minimum and work your way up from there = abs faster then you'd think :)

well personally,
i dont think i need to gain weight,
i do not want to be any biggetr then what i already im,

if anything i think i want to lose weight.

how do i do that?
what can i do,
i dont really want to be a person who has to starve themselves.

what can i do do have a flat stomach,
but not put on any more weight.

Let's review for a second...

You're underweight, but you think you need to lose more weight?

You're not fat. You might be unproportioned. This is probably because of you being underweight. Losing more weight will not help that. It will only make it worse.

To make it better:

- Do not starve yourself.

- Eat full meals and drink hydrating liquids (water, tea, etc. - not Coke, Pepsi, etc. or simply juice).

- Exercise regularly. If you do not do this already, then start out small - seriously, otherwise, it strains the body. I'd recommend a goal of walking/jogging about 45 minutes a day or every other day, but like I said, if you don't do that regularly, start around 10-15 minutes a day and work your way up within the next couple of weeks. You do not have to keep a strict schedule, because if you're feeling awful one day that you're "supposed" to jog, then it won't make anything better if you push yourself. Also, when walking/jogging, find a good pace: you want to have a fast enough pace to where you cannot hold a full conversation, but you want to be able to still talk. If your you experience actual pain, rather than soreness, in any main area of your body (ankles, knees, hips, chest, or back), slow to a very comfortable walking pace and start your journey back home to relax your body - if you're on a treadmill at home, then just relax. If any pain - remember, pain, not muscular soreness - persists after you relax, you may want to consult a professional about it.

If you can't tell, exercise is a big part. The eating part is also a big part, but I think that it's rather speak-for-itself. I'm not saying exercise so you burn off anything that you eat - you won't want to do that. I'm saying you should exercise to give your muscles tone and allow your body's areas even out the adipose (fat) cells.

welll i dont really exercise.
actually the only form of excersise is when i do gymnastics at school.
i used to do it out of school,
but not any more.

so i will try and start exercising.

but i have some good news.
i have lost 3kilos!!
and that is just by not eating as much.

except i still feel like i am fat in the tummy, even though i am losing weight.
why is this?
am i doing somehting wrong??:confused:

Didnt you say what Kiros said? You are probably unproportioned. TO get a flat stomach, you need to GAIN some weight. The more you lose, teh bigger your belly will look

The more weight you lose, the more you'll seem unproportioned, which has been stereotyped by modern media as being fat.

Seriously, reread my post and you'll understand why you still feel like you're "fat in the tummy," even though you're losing weight.

ok to answer quest
i think like it sounds like you have fat stored where muscle should be
try sit ups/ planks daily and see if that helps
if u feel like ur overweight heres a tip, ask a boy only he can tell u :yes:

If you didn't read Kiro's post then you're STUPID.
Seriously, I'm SURE some people just want to think they're fat!
Starving is not the way to go:
1. Your gut will show more if the rest of you're body is disproportionate.
2. I started eating less because I was heavy and a bit more than average skinnyness, it's not good.
3. You'll lose all your strength, how gay is that?

hey,
all my best friends say that i am skinnny,
and if anything i should put on weight.
but i dont just listen.

lately for the last week,
i havnt been eating much,
in total i have probably eaten about 3-4 meals, all up.

i find myself feeeling sick all the time,
but i think that i make myslef feel sick,

i dont eat that much, but when i do i feel really really sick.

what is this??
what is happeneing,
have i done this all myslef,
is there something wrong with me?

You need to eat more! You are unhealthy, and the less you eat, the harder It will get to eat! You are going to end up seriosuly hurting yourself If you dont gain weight! I think you have gotten all the advice you are going to get, people are just repeating themselves. Either take our advice, or dont.

It sounds like either denial, or perhaps a disorder. Many people who re Bolemic think they are fat even when they are reallly skinny

Denial that you are skinny perhaps? i dont really know. And Anorexia is what i meant, Perhaps search for the symptoms of Anorexia on google, and see If you have/match any of those

OMG!
i went onto goole,
and i took a couple of test to see if i have an eating disorda,
and 3 out of the 4 say that there is a string possibility that i do.
:(

what do i do?

I think you should go see a doctor, and get some help from them. They are trained in this area, and can help you get healthy again. Talk to your parents, and they can set up an appointment for you.

well i have beeen thenking a lot about this eating thing.
and i havnt been doing a lot of eating,
i have probably eaten as much food in one week,
as what i wopuld normally do in one day.

i dont eat much,
and i think i like the feel of my stomach being hungry now or something.
but when i do eat,
i dont eat that much.
but after i do eat,
i feel bad or gulity or something.

i dont no what to do,
i think i have a problem,
but i dont want to tell my perants about it,
mum is alreasy getting a bit suspicious,
but i dont want to tell her anything.

whjat else can i do??
