it varies from person to person, some of my friends barely started growing theirs until your age, others had already grown to the point where they shaved its perfectly normal to have a lot or a little

Really though, it really doesn't matter. It will depend on your body and when you start puberty. My friend got her period when she was 8.... 8. My other friend didn't until 15 (I know you're asking about hair, but that's just as related to puberty as periods). It really depend on the individual person. Don't worry about it too much. It's totally normal.
