This is written by me. I was and am dealing with weight "stuff" so please no hate for using that because thats all I was thinking about when I wrote this.
And for the ending, Mr. Bounce and Hopper are the same age! Happy reading...:D
Once upon a time there was a bunny named Hopper. He wasn’t just any bunny; he could fly. His tail was flat and long so when he jumped he could use his tail to fly. This skill didn’t come easy. Hopper’s father, Ryder, has the flying gene too, so when he knew that Hopper was old enough and strong enough Ryder started giving his son flying lessons. It took a lot of practice and injury to get good at it, but he eventually did it. One injury in particular that would scar him for life, the worst injury possible for a wild bunny like him, he flew out of a tree into a human’s blueberry cupcake. That accident left him with a craving for blueberry cupcakes for the rest of his life. It’s one of the worst foods for a young, flying bunny like him to ever eat or come into contact with.
For a while the craving seemed nonexistent to Hopper’s parents, but little did they know that he was eating cupcakes when they weren't home. Hopper would try to sneak a few Rabbit dollars from the kitchen’s food emergency jar or he would use the cook book to make them with the available ingredients in the kitchen. Sooner or later the signs of the craving would catch up to him, and it did. At his annual 6th month vet visit he weighed 62 pounds. That’s 25 pounds more than he was at his last visit and that’s over weight for a bunny; especially a younger one with the flying gene.
Once his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sailly, asked why he gained so much, Dr. Thumper said a few reasons like the cupcake craving. The Sailly's had no idea how he had gotten access to cupcakes, so they asked Hopper instead of making assumptions. Instead of trying to lie Hopper told his parents the truth. Mr. and Mrs. Sailly reacted by telling him that he needed to earn money to replace what was missing from the emergency jar, hiding all of the ingredients from him, and taking his flying license away.
One thing that Dr. Thumper never was able to tell Hopper or his parents was that the wait cannot be lost unless Hopper’s cupcake craving god lost his powers. So over the next few years he tried and tried to lose the extra weight, but it never stayed off. Even after going to every gym in his village he still didn't lose any weight. So in result Hopper decided he had to do something he hoped he’d never have to do; he had to go to the Echo Exercise Inn at the top on Air Mountain. Echo Exercise Inn is one of the most brutal exercise retreats in the Bunniverse.
Hopper made plans to stay for 3 months and started with Mr. Bounce, who is one of the nicest and easiest teachers in the retreat program.
The first week was hard but Hopper eventually started to get used to the exercise. After the second week Hopper noticed that he still wasn’t losing any of his weight. Soon after Hopper found out what was happening to him Mr. Bounce realized that Hopper wasn't feeling too great, so he asked. After hearing Hopper’s reply Mr. Bounce felt so bad for Hopper that he offered to take Hopper to the top of Air Mountain where all of the bunny gods live. So Mr. Bounce got his daily classes shortened from three, three hour sessions to three, one hour and a half hour long sessions. He also took a week off of work so he and Hopper could take their trip.
Every day after Mr. Bounce finished his three sessions he and Hopper would plan more of their trip. After three days they finished planning and did the last thing they needed to, they called The Eclipse Tour Guide Lender company who gave them an Air Mountain Experienced tour guide named T. Bunny. Since T. Bunny has taken other bunnies to the top of Air Mountain he was a perfect fit for Mr. Bounce and Hopper. Hopper and Mr. Bounce were ready to leave by the time T. Bunny arrived at Hoppers suite, so they were able to start their expedition upon his arrival.
Within hours it became too dark to continue. As the three of them searched to find a spot to spend the night Mr. Bounce slipped off the path and fell down the mountain. Hopper was so devastated, how could his teacher and the love of his just die? Hopper dropped to the ground and cried his eyes out to the death of Mr. Bounce. T. Bunny was in shock but he knew that for him and Hopper to survive they would have to continue up the mountain. T. Bunny then helped Hopper off the ground and asked him to hold together and continue up the mountain with him.
Eventually after three days the two of them got to the top of Air Mountain to where the gods live. But their expedition didn't end there, they still had to find Hopper’s cupcake craving god. Luckily for them there was an address book. They looked and looked until they finally reached the C section in the address book. The last one in the section was Hopper’s cupcake craving god’s address. They wrote it down and started toward the cupcake craving god’s house.
The walk took the longest 20 minutes that Hopper thinks he has ever waited. When they arrived Hopper rang the door bell and knocked over and over again so instead of waiting any longer they walked in, but no one was home. Hopper and T. Bunny split up, Hopper in the kitchen and T. Bunny upstairs. At first glance Hopper saw three things; a cookie jar with a note on it, freshly cooked blueberry cupcakes, and a bunny sitting at the table, but Hopper couldn’t see his face. So Hopper walked around to read the note on the cookie jar. After reading, “Cupcake Craving God’s Ashes” and the instructions written underneath saying “eat to receive loss of curse and two cupcake craving god rings; one for the person you marry and the other for you.” Like the instructions said to do Hopper stuck one on his paw and the other in his bunny tummy pouch.
Suddenly he felt a sense of relief and loss. He looked down and saw a pile of weight shed skin lying on the floor. Hopper felt amazing, but he knew something was missing; his love. Next he looked at the cupcakes, picked one up and ate it knowing that without the curse he could have one every once in a while and not gain weight. T. Bunny came running down the steps after searching upstairs, and saw the pile of weight skin that had fallen off Hopper. A few seconds later they both realized there was one last thing to check, that was the unknown bunny sitting at the table. Hopper and T. bunny walked around the table to see that the bunny in front of him was frozen, but it was also Mr. Bounce. His heart was still beating so with one trail of a snap Hopper was able to awaken him.
While speaking to one another in the living room, Mr. Bounce let his secret out that he had the flying gene too and that he survived the fall by flying his way up to the top of Air Mountain. After talking and laughing Hopper got down on one knee in front of Mr. Bounce and offered his second ring to him. In shock Mr. Bounce accepted Hopper’s ring.
In the end Hopper and Mr. Bounce got married and became the new Cupcake Craving God’s, Hopper returned home to deliver his news to his parents.
The End!
