A particular memory of bullying has been bothering me lately. Last year, in 6th class, we went on a school tour to Delphi adventure Centre in Mayo for the weekend. And the guys in my year started bullying me again. On the saturday evening, we were playing a game in the hall, and me and a couple or the boys were out of the game, so they started picking on me, so I cracked. I shouted at them to shut up, I ran from the hall with everyone staring at me back to my room. One of the guys got suspended cos he was on his last warning. Every thing I do summons a memory of bullying. I have been to the school counsellor once, going again next week. It's like my bullying is constantly at the back of my mind, slowly driving me mad.

The memories will always be there no matter how much better life gets. I have random memories of the bullying in year 3 when I was 8. It's horrible when you're sitting there and some stupid thing they did so many years ago starts playing in my head. Hopefully, as all the immature people around you start growing up the bullying won't be so frequent and therefore won't trigger the thoughts of previous bullying so often. That's what I'm holding on for anyway.
