I change my hair a lot, sometimes I change my color 2-3 times a week. Some people say that I am going to ruin my hair. I try to watch it, but slowing down is sometimes not an option. I also put in lots of hair extensions sometimes too. I do use commercial dyes, but try to use henna as much as I can. To try to keep it healthy, I use Moroccan oil and restorative hair masks. Does anyone hair any suggestions for good products to keep my hair healthy?

I'm not really an expert when it comes to hair, I only used to dye my hair tips and then cut them off, but I straighten my hair everyday, almost and it gets pretty fucked up. I use castor oil or jojoba oil. They are pretty good, the castor oils shows immediate results, my friend used it for 3-4 months ( once per week ) and her hair became gorgeous. You may need to use it for a longer time, better consult a doctor before using any of these oils.
Wish ya luck :hug3:

Well, other than the obvious of stop using so much dyes. You should get a shampoo and conditioner that fixes damaged hair. John Frieda has an excellent hair repairing conditioner and shampoo. (http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=329705&catid=183505&aid=338666&aparam=goobase_filler) The price is typically $7-8.
