Valentines day ideas

Valentines day is coming up and I will have been dating this girl for a little over a week. I want to do something nice but I don't know what. I want it to say "i really like you" but nothing crazy because like I said, it's only been a week. Do you guys have any ideas?

I wouldn't want to do too much. For me, one week means one rose and a card (only if you really, really, REALLY like her). But keep in mind I'm usually unsuccessful with girls, so don't take my advice first above anyone else. And I'd also tell her "I love you."
