Pokémon Types!

What's your favorite type of Pokémon? Or your favorite Pokémon specifically.

Mine's fire. My team typically has primarily fire Pokémon with one bird/water type and a fight type. I also like dark/psychic, but I've beat entire games using only fire Pokémon before.

It's hard to say my favourite type because I like so many types! Trying to answer this question I was thinking water, grass, fire, ice, crap.

I guess ultimately it's psychic, dark, and ghost. My first choices for my team always fall into one of those categories and then I have to change them to balance it out.

When I build teams, I usually use Team Builder (http://www.marriland.com/tools/team-builder) to put together a team of my favourite pokémon that also have the fewest weaknesses. My first priority is that I like them though, I can't deal with just using a pokémon because it's powerful.

I like Fire myself. Fire types are usually fairly high powered Pokémon. I hate Water. Never liked it because it is weak against a lot of moves and Pokémon.

100% agree. Water and bug are my least favorite types, easily.

I've always liked Dragon type Pokemon, since they're pretty strong and have a wide array of moves they can learn. However, for move type, my favorite is Psychic.

I like psychic and dark types a lot. Ice types are really cool too, its hard to choose a favorite haha.

My favorite type of Pokémon is between Dark and Ice types with Umbreon being my all-time favorite Pokémon despite it's weak stats and poor movepool.

As for starters, I almost always go with the Fire type starter.
