Pubes color

During the last weeks I grew a lot more pubes than I had before. With the growth they changed color somehow to a lot darker (almost black now). They used to be blond to light brown before. Like the hair on my head.
Is it common that pubes are so much darker? Is there anybody whose pubes are brighter than their head?

Pubes tend to be the same colour as a persons eyebrows, and its normal that they're getting darker, everyones get darker as they go through puberty

I guess it is okay. The hair on my head is dirty blonde and my pubes are REALLY dark blonde almost brown

yeah i have brown hair but mine are black, and my friend has blonde hair but his are black too, just happens

Mine where very light colored at first but I started shaving right away and now if i go a week or so they are a lot darker when they grow back

To start I'm a ginger lol and when I was younger my pubes where a little lighter than the hair on my head but now they're about the same

I didn't know about the eyebrow thing....I'm blond and my pubes come in darker than that, but close to my eyebrows color, so that's right...wow.

pubes, as most body hair, tend to be darker than the hair on your head, mostly because they are so much thicker. its totally normal. Sadly for you if you dislike the new color, theres basically nothing you can do but bleach it and i sure as hell wouldn't want chemicals there. But again its your choice.

my hair is brown but my pubes are really black and shiny..my eyebrows are dark but i hadnt noticed that before!

Mine are a light brown that shine in sunlight its a bit strange! (I know this, because I take a leak every morning, and the sun comes in the window)

Wouldn't know shaved since I started having little blonde ones I'm dark haired thought so would think dark
