Last question about this, why does Cydia keep getting deleted? How can I put it back?

So it's really pissing me off, I've been putting on a few packages and Cydia keeps deleting. What's going on? Do I really have to go through the ENTIRE process of reinstalling it? How does apple know whether or not your device has been jail broken if you erase all content and settings?

Also, when I went to respring a theme I got on Winterboard. Winterboard completely disappeared and everything disappeared, but then after I woke up, everything reappeared except cydia. But I was rebooting I believe the springboard or somther part of the ipad while getting a new Cydia app and that's when Cydia disappeared and the Winterboard app and my other apps I got on cydia. But Winterboard was still visible on the settings screen.

What apps should I not get that might be causing this? I know some of the apps that are safe because I've used them each Time and nothing hs happened. And the ringtones, but anything more than that I'm kinda worried about. Such as the themes. Also, no matter how many times I do an emergency reset on my iPad or I turn it off, cydia won't disappear right? (Like if I only get the apps I know nothing will happen).

It's untethered. There may be something wrong with the jailbreak, in which case perform an erase, jailbreak and set up as new iPod.
