Ok I'm 16, 173cm tall and 60kg. I'm looking to become stronger but no shredded or anyrhing, just to build up a bit more Muscle. I don't have access to the gym/gym equipment so I have devised a diet plan and fitness plan:
Breakfasr: 6 weetbix + 250mL mik
Morning tea: Chicken cheese lettuce and carrot sandwich on whole meal bread
Lunch: Small protein drink (250 mL) + apple + banana
Afternoon tea: Sandwich (same as before)
Tea: usually chicken, veggies and meat
My fitness plan is as follows, don't know exact reps or anyrhing and I'll be doing these 3 day per week...
Lunges
Squats
Push-ups
Calf raises
Weights (by using backpacks with water inside)
Crunches
is this a good plan? is there an exercise like a chin-up? I don't have access to something I can lift myself up to :)

Seems good, just include variations for all of them or your body will become used to them in like a week.
Ex: wide pushups , military , diamond, ect.
For abs don't just do crunches, include other things.

I'm did read what you're doing.
But make sure you're doing compound exercises. It kinda sounds like you're doing to much. All you really need is squats, bench press, rows, and dead lifts. The most important exercises you can do are dead lifts, squats, and bench press. More isn't always better. Compound is better than isolation, the only reason you'd need isolation exercises is if you're a body builder. A dead serious body builder.
In order to gain muscle mass, you must eat 500 calories more than you burn. 80% should be healthy food and 20% can be whatever. If you don't use weights, then you'll get no where.

You won't gain tons of strengths without resistance (actual weight) exercises, but if you don't have access to a gym then that plan is fine.

Because you don't have access to proper resistsnce equipment then what your doing is the next best thing but try and use weights as much as possible because your body was designed to lift it's own weight

I would work on a diet, need more of a variety in my opinion. A little secret about diets that a trainer told me. Eat a apple 1/2 hour before lunch and dinner and it causes you to eat 25-30% less for that meal, that way you can eat a variety of things, you just eat less. He also asked 5 unhealthy things I ate or drank. When I was done, he said cut just 2 of them out. So I drink only water instead of sodas, sweet teas, etc. and I don't eat ice cream. Just by that, I eat anything I want, haven't gained any weight and my body gets a variety of foods.
