So after watch in infomercial, I bought Insanity and plan to start it either tomorrow or next week (dependent on how I'm feeling, I've had a chest infection recently). Any tips on how to get through it or get the most out of it?

As long as you follow the eating plan (or at least eat relatively healthy), and put everything you've got into the workouts, you'll see results. Other than that it's pretty straightforward. Just remember that even though you should push yourself, you don't have to try and keep up with them on the dvd, just do as much as you can do. Eventually you'll get stronger and be able to do more and more.

I'll be honest with you, that is some extreme shit. If you do make it through the 60 days, you should post before and after pics. For some additiona motivation, take a picture of your self before, and after, and even every 10 days. It'd be awesome seeing an evolution of yourself throughout those 60 days.

Yeah I'll definitely post how it went. It has a 60 day money back guarantee so I figured it's either worth the money or I pay nothing - win-win! I think I may struggle a lot at the start though - I'm nowhere near as fit as I should be, but I'll definitely take before/after pics.
