Maybe try being a little less vocal about the details of your fondnest for her in such a detailed manner and just enjoy being with her. If your trying to get her to recipocate and tell you what she likes about you in the same detaied way it may not happen and if this is a problem there's not a whole lot you can do to change the way she feels. If you value your relationship you'll find a way to get around this and find some common ground you both can agree on.

It's not so much weird, but your girlfriend is translating it as "creepy". If anything keep some of the thoughts to yourself. It's fine to tell her that she is beautiful but you can't obsess over her toes and not expect her to question it. You're not weird but some people won't understand.
