This is a serious condition. Tell your doctor.
It is caused by a kink in the tube giving the testes blood. It can cause you to become infertile if left untreated.

Only half of my right ball, sometimes I sit down too long and my butt and half of my right ball falls asleep so I spank myself to wake my butt up lol, is having ur butt fall asleep bad? Never had both my balls fall asleep thank god (as some ppl said its very bad)
