While there is no physical law created about buying Lube, e.g. you can buy it from any age.

A lot of stores have a "in store policy" on buying Condoms and Lube. Therefore you might find that some stores won't sell you it. I know some of the big chain shops in Scotland have an age of 16.

You can buy lube from stores that sell condom, normally the lube bottles wont be too far from the condoms. They will have some in a pharmacy as well.

Here you get lube in every supermarket. Right next to the condoms. There is no age restriction for getting them in Germany. But I guess some regular massage oil would do if you are too shy to buy it. But don't use any oil together with condoms! (It harms their protection abilities)
