Yeah, as far as I know, they get hot and itchy. It's normal, but if there seems to be something visible on your balls skin, then it might be worth checking it out.

could be - maybe try different briefs or boxers whatever

maybe just pubes or increased body heat - maybe talc would help

or different briefs/boxers etc.

Mine get hot and sweaty(not a lot, but sometimes) and itchy. Sometimes they stick to my thighs

At 14 a lot of new hair is growing in it could be hair growing causing the itch, dry skin, or tight underwear, itching testicles are common and usually have a simple cause. Usually not always.

as new hairs grow you will gain some itch . Wash them an keep your balls clean it should help the itch.. It's totaly normal .

Yes I agree with josh it is normal I still get itchy sometimes and I always wash them in the shower
