if I report a post do admins see who reported it? or is it anonymous ?

All moderators can see reported posts and Visitor Messages, and Private Message reports can be only read by Administrators (Correct me if I am wrong on the last one.).

If you report a post, then yes, the admins and mods can see that you were the one to report it.

Private messages, when reported, can be read by all staff. But normally, only admins can check PMs. So you're mostly right.

This (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=165542) actually was the first thread to ask about reporting threads/posts...and it contains the answer of who sees a report...just wanted to point that out, that's all.
