Hey I was wondering if there are any training chefs/actual chefs/people wanting to become chefs here on VT. If so what area do you most enjoy in cooking, e.g. pastry, baking etc. :)

I like baking. Everything to creative an fancy cupcakes to cookies to cake pops! :) want to open a bakery just like Cake Boss

Yet I dabble in American Contemporary and French.
I don't plan on pursuing this as a career but it is my backup plan.
