Yeah, stalls are probably the best for now, but if you have a good friend that you can confide in, try pissing out in the woods where it doesn't matter, both of you will probably have a good laugh, ease the tension, and hopefully it will help you in conquering some control over your hardons..

Try to not use the urinal... First just go in there to blow your nose, or an excuse like that... Then just use the bathroom in the stall...

I hate unwanted boners! Lol if somebody sees your boners just ignore them and stay closer to the urinals to prevent them from peeking. Lol they wont see your boner if theyre not looking at it.
