When she doesn't seem busy just politely ask if you could speak to her alone for a minute. It's not too hard, or ask her if she'd speak to you after class, you could make up an excuse, obviously you'd know what'd be relavent.

Tunnel vision helps for those moments, disregard the rest of the girls and just ask to talk to her in private.

There will be some giggling from her friends, is a given, but just ignore them, you need to focus on your crush. ;)

Yeah, just like the two posts up there, if it comes down to that, just ask in front of all her friends! And if that's the case, might as well do something special from the heart so that's the whole talk in the school or at least in girl world.
