What is the difference between straight, curious and gay?

The opinions about this are scattered, but here is my opinion:
Straight is when you can only get emotionally and sexually attracted (like want to hug, be with, or do something sexual with that person) by the opposite gender, gay is only the same gender and bisexual both genders.
Curious is just when you are straight but you are interested in generally how it is to have sex (or something sexual) with the same gender.
