Whenever I post to other peoples' wall, it says it is being monitored. May I ask why? Does it mean I personally am being monitored?

Or to make your life easier:

Requirements to send visitor messages You must have above 250 posts and have been a member here for 3 months in order to use the visitor messages system without moderators approving each message you send. If you are on a restricted account or an administrator has set it so due to you abusing the system in the past, you may have your visitor messages on moderation even if you meet these guidelines

So once you hit 3 months and 250 posts, that message will go away. It's nothing bad you did; there are just a ton of VM system abuses (people who join VT for inappropriate reasons and stuff, mmh) so it's gotta be done. Don't worry though, we're ninjas at approving them. ;)
