If you have a topic, put it in the most appropriate forum. If you post the same thread in more than one forum, it will likely be deleted by a moderator. It's spammy, and kind of annoying. Also, it will mean you have two different threads getting different replies, when it would be easier for you to just have one thread.

To add to this,

If you are debating in which forum you think it should go in or would like it moved to another section then you can PM a moderator and they'll move it for you or give you advice on placing your thread.
