There's alot of other fluids in semen, other than sperm. I believe the amount of actual sperm is pretty constant, it's the other stuff (prostrate, Cowper's fluids) that increases. The more excitement, the longer the session, the larger the interval between orgasms=more ejaculate.

Well from my experience the Stop & Go is much more enjoyable. I rarely ever rush through things any more. Also, I find that I ejaculate much more powerfully. If I rush, it almost always ends up just dribbling out. If I prolong it, my ejaculation can reach my upper chest :D
