Budget clothes

I'm at a point in life, where money is REAL tight, i'm currently unemployed and most money coming in for me goes to either paying board or petrol.

I'm wondering if anyone knows any online stores with good, but cheap clothes?
They don't have to be like branded or amazing or anything, although i don't want them to look cheap and generic.

i'm looking for T-shirts with funny/cool prints, jeans or joggers (don't really care tbh)
and im also on the lookout for a nice cheap pair of hi-tops
also need some waterproof pants/jacket for work(volunteering)

ANY help would be much appreciated
