Growth on penis.

Over the last week a smal growth has grown on my penis. It's about a quarter of the way down, is mainly red but has a white bit at its tip. It's painful when pressure is applied. I have no idea what it could be.
I'm uncut if that matters.

I haven't had sex or anything like that.

it most likely be a zit. Happens when you do not wash your hands before you jack-off.

Just wash the area and refrain from masturbating for a couple of days. Probably will pop in a day or two.

I'm not sure that it's caused by not washing your hands.

However, it appears that from your description it does resemble a zit. Therefore, it may have a build up of fluids inside of it that you will have to get rid of. Try to heat up the area to loosen the pores so that you can get rid of whatever may be inside.

If this isn't the case then it could be something else, something cyst like or whatever. If this is the case, I'd recommend a trip to your Physician.

How big is it, if its more of a quarter sized that would sound like a cyst, but I don't think those occur directly on the penis. Just leave it alone, not try and pop it, put warm compress' on it, that will help ease it away. If it changes color or anything, don't hesitate to see a doctor, better to be safe then sorry.
