How to shut up?

When I talk to both my crushes, I can't seem to stop talking. I'm more casual around one than the other. I can pick up on social queues, but I just can't stop talking. I feel like I annoy them, but they give no hint. How can I control myself?

You need to put your mind to controlling it. Stay aware. Direct your conversation to them so they are the ones talking. Don't interupt them, let them finish, that is annoying. Devote your attention to them and not yourself.
