Ok so ive been getting so many suicidal thoughts, especially since my band started to fall. My band means alot to me and ive dedicated my life to it. But now im getting suicidal thoughts, im always down, ive been getting thoyghts on cutting my self, and so many other things.

Relax. Take a deep breath. You'll get through this. It'll suck, but you'll be okay. I don't know everything that's going on with you, but I think that you're stronger than you give yourself credit for. You'll live. And it'll be awesome.
