Yes, for the first few times it probably will, maybe next time don't go so crazy, and go a little slower. As time goes on, her body will adjust. Use lube if you didn't already. Lots of foreplay. And fingering can help relax/loosen the muscle so she's a little more prepared.

Considering that the average depth of a girls vagina in less than 6 inches deep if your any bigger than that and she isn't completely aroused i can understand how she say it hurt. As a girl becomes more aroused the vagina does expand but just remember it isn't a bottomless pit and maybe you should try positions that won't allow you to penatrate as deep next time. letting her be on top is a good one that way she can control the penatrations.
