What transit bus manufacturer do you like the most? Why? What's your favorite (current/noncurrent) product they've produced?

I love Gillig myself, though Van Hool, NABI, and Nova are runner-ups. I like Gillig because it's locally owned here, and they do a good job with the interiors.
My favorite products by them are the Gillig Phantom and the Gillig Advantage BRT.

I really like Prevost. I like their motorhome conversions too! The motorhomes cost over $1 million !!!!!

I've gotta go with Vann Hool here. Their tour buses are pretty nice execpt for the fact that it's almost impossible to sleep in one of those if you happen to have the misfourtune of getting a rear seat because it can get quite loud back there from the giant Volvo engine in those!

I don't know much about buses, but I do know here in Québec, a bus company cannot purchase a bus not built in Québec, making Nova the only option. Therefore, all our buses were built here or were grandfathered in.

Over the border they have much more flexibility, allowing them to offer different bus types. I guess my favorite would be their Alexander Dennis E500, because I usually get a row without anyone beside me.

Well there are many decent buses out there at the moment, in my city there are new buses by the bucket full.

I am a fan of the Alexander Dennis Enviro 400's operated by National Express. They have bright modern interiors although they may seem plastic.

I like loads of buses for different reasons, but these are the nicest to ride on.

Haha I've got a 1957 Dodge D700 school bus with a 354 HEMI in it. We gutted it and converted it into a camper. Kitchen, beds, ect. Not road legal but fun on the mountain with no power steering, no air breaks, and a prehistoric 5 speed tranny with a 2 speed rear end. On the positive, its a freaking tank! I creamed a deer with it last month going up the mountain and only left some hair in the bumper.
