there is no average for your age, don't worry about your size. I was about the same size as you at 13 and so were most of my friends. i'm 16 and almost 5.5" hard and my friend's are bigger. you'll be fine, everyone is different.

I was probably about 4inches at 13 and am 6inches now. Though you're pretty normal. We all develop at different rates

There is definately no "average" at your age; mine was about 4 inches hard when I was 13. You will have nothing to worry about
