i am 16 &1/2 years old. I am 5'3 in height and weigh 110 pounds. i just started growing under arm and pubic hair. my penis is 3 inches when flaccid and around 4.4 when erect. my semen is slightly milky in color. im probably just a late bloomer but im a bit worried about my penis size. anyone who has had any similar traits that can help me?

You're fine. It sounds like you're a little short, and a little on the skinny side, but that's fine, everyone is different.

As for your penis size, it's just slightly below average. The average adult size is 5-6 inches, but with plenty of time left, in puberty, you should grow into that average.
If not, that's still fine. It only takes 3 inches to pleasure someone, the surplus size, isn't really needed.
